What you consistently expect is what you consistently attract. Start expecting more.
Expectation is a form of faith — and most of us have been practising low expectation for years. Bracing for disappointment, anticipating the worst, being ‘realistic.’ But realistic and pessimistic are not the same thing.
TODAY’S PRACTICE: Before you get out of bed tomorrow morning, set one clear positive expectation for the day. Write it as if it’s already decided: ‘Today will bring me one unexpected good thing.’ Say it out loud. Then watch for it. It will show up.
“Expectation is a form of faith. Make sure yours is pointing in the direction you actually want to go.”
